Peanut Butter Cookies

1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients. Mix well.

 

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

 

Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
 
 Note:

To lower fat content, substitute natural applesauce for oil and omit the water.

 Makes about 4 dozen
