Onion Chopped Steak with Easy Gravy

Shape meat
into 4 patties 3 1/2 inches round and 1/2 inch thick. Prepare au jus separately according to package directions.
Add au jus to patties and let meat simmer in the liquid over low heat for 5 minutes covered. Add water to gravy as needed for the right consistency.
