Mostaccioli and Sausage Bake

1 pound Italian sausage, cut in 1/4 diagonal slices
1 15 oz jar spaghetti sauce
6 oz mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
4oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage, drain.

 

In 2 quart baking dish combine sausage, sauce, noodles and parmesan cheese, mix well.

 

Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 25 mins in 350F oven.

To microwave: Combine cooked sausage, sauce, noodles and Parmesan cheese in dish.

 

Microwave on high 7-8 mins, stirring after 4 mins.

 

Top with mozzarella cheese.

 

Microwave 2 mins. or until cheese is melted.
