Lefse

from swedepea
8 cups
potatoes, mashed
2 sticks margarine or butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup flour for each cup of potatoes
Roll very thin and bake on grill. Works best to have a pastry cloth and
stocking. You will need flour for rolling.
Blame my great aunt Lois if they don't turn out well !
