Dill Salad
Dressing
from swedepea
1/4 cup salad oil (I think we usually just use olive oil)
2 TB red wine vinegar
1 1/2 TB sugar
1 1/2 tsp fresh, or 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/8 tsp each: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard
Just put it all into a container and mix well!
We've found it is especially good on a salad of spinach leaves with craisins and
walnuts or almonds.
