Creamy Peppers and Noodles

2 cups cooked noodles (approximately)

1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced

1/2 can cream of chicken soup

2 spoonfuls sour cream

dash of milk

handful grated cheddar cheese

I cooked up some egg noodles (about 2 cups, I think). While those were cooking, I sliced up and sauteed a yellow bell pepper.

I drained the noodles, and before putting them back into the pot, I added 1/2 a can of cream of chicken soup, a couple spoonfuls of sour cream, a dash of milk, and a handful of grated cheddar cheese.

I let that cook into a sauce, then mixed in the peppers and noodles. :shrug

It took me less than 10 minutes, and it's good!
