Beer Cake

24 oz yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup beer
3/4 cup salad oil
4 eggs, beaten well

Combine cake mix, pudding, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix gently by hand.

 

Add beer, salad oil and eggs. Mix at high speed for 3-4 mins.

 

Pour batter into well greased tube pan.

 

Bake at 350F for 50 mins. Cool in pan for 10 mins. then remove from pan.
