Beer Butt Chicken

3-4 pound whole chicken (If you get a larger chicken, it will not fit well on the beer can.) 1 12 oz. can of beer
Your choice
of seasonings
Take the
whole chicken and use some seasonings (your choice) over the entire skin of the
chicken. I use some garlic powder, a little thyme, basil and onion powder. Take the
butt end of the chicken and put it over the top of the half-full beer can. Carefully
remove the chicken from the beer can because the beer can and chicken are hot! |
