Green Beans in Walnut Butter

1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed
1 TB clarified butter
1 tsp walnut oil
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 TB minced fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste

Cook beans in rapidly boiling salted water for 3 minutes or until bright green and still crisp. Immediately shock under cold running water. When chilled, drain and pat dry.

Combine butter, walnut oil, and walnuts in a medium sauté pan over medium heat, Sauté for about 4 minutes or until walnuts are golden.

Add basil and beans and toss to coat and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
