Angel Food Cake

Whip egg
whites till foamy with mixer. Gradually beat in the rest of the sugar. Add
extracts and salt. Beat just until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat. Remove
bowl from mixer.
Place batter in ungreased 10" tube pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes or till cake is golden brown and springs back to the touch.
Invert the cake until cool.
Remove from pan. |
